Booked a compact wagon car for our family's trip and was kindly upgraded to an Audi A4 wagon. Granted the car was not in the best shape but we had no problem whatsoever during our 2-week trip and the car's capacity was more than decent for our family. Staff at the station was also friendly and very helpful. We experienced a small issue when returning the key. Sixt uses a box that can detect the key when you put it in the box. I returned the car 12 hours earlier than the supposed return time, but there was a malfunction and the key was only detected the next day. I sent a mail directly to Sixt explaining the situation and also submitted some pictures that contain details such as time & location and the problem was solved within 1 week. The extra charge that occurred was also refunded. All in all it was overall a smooth experience. Some small hurdles that can be expected from rental car company but if I ever need to rent a car again I will definitely consider Sixt.
