I encountered some problem trying to pick up my rental car from another rental company so I went to Sixt next door to try to book a car. One staff by name of Inad served me and was very polite and patient. He told me he had no car available for rental but continued to provide assistance. I appreciated his assistance when my holiday was just ruined by the poor service of Alamo car rental branch manager next door
