I went in to the office the day before we were due to pick up the car for a 3 week rental because I wanted to make sure we got a vehicle that would suit our 5 passengers with luggage. Kamel took me to the parking garage and showed me the vehicle options and let me select a Mazda CX-60 hybrid which was perfect for us. We were also able to pick up the vehicle a little earlier than scheduled the next day, which was really helpful. We had no problems with the car for the whole trip of almost 4000km and were quite sad to return it in the end. Overall we had a great experience from the Lyon Franklin Roosevelt team.
