The pick up process was easy because the agent who helped us was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. This is our first time renting a car in France, and we only speak a small bit of French. The agent spoke excellent English, and she took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the rental. Update: Our drop-off went as smoothly as our pick-up. The agent who helped us drop off our car was friendly and professional, the process was easy, and there were no unpleasant surprises. Perfect!
