Read mixed reviews and other horror stories about renting a car in Croatia (Dubrovnik specifically too) so I was hopeful my experience here would go well. It went very well. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions. They do inspect the car closely when you return the car, but other than being dirty from 2 weeks of driving, there was nothing they could really point out. We did a good job of taking photos and videos in case any issue came up, so I would advise people of doing that in case any disputes may arise. But other than having them put a large hold (3,000 euro) on my credit card to reserve the car, which is larger than anything in my experience in the US and sort of outrageous (other rental car companies do it as well, so it is what it is), the car renting experience here was good and I would recommend this agency to anyone traveling here.
