This was by far the best car rental experience I’ve had in Toronto! The pricing was completely transparent, and the range of vehicle options was fantastic. The car I received was in excellent condition, and both the pick-up and drop-off processes were seamless and easy.
One thing to note is that locating the check-in counter can be a bit tricky. There are multiple domes but look for the one along King Street (Opposite the Royal Alexandra Theatre) , and you’ll need to descend to the Mezzanine floor. Just something to keep in mind.
I’ve rented from several agencies in Toronto, but the level of customer service I experienced with SIXT stands out by miles. I highly recommend them!

I recently rented a car from Sixt on 200 Wellington Street West in downtown Toronto, and the experience was exceptional! Pratik, the gentleman who assisted us, was incredibly professional, clear, and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly and exceeded our expectations.
