For my previous trips to Bahrain, I’ve used another rental agency; however, because Sixt was cheaper I tried their services for my 6 month stay. The airport kiosk offered poor service and a dirty, old car with a post market CD player added in. I took the car to the office in Juffair and my concerns were immediately addressed. Since that day in December 2018, I’ve interacted exclusively with the Juffair office and almost always with Ms. M. Melesse. She is a remarkable representative for the company; her English is perfect, she’s always kind, she very competent, and easy to work with. When my car needed serviced, she had it back to me within a few hours, as promised (an impressive feat in Bahrain). Since I was the first from my organizationto switch from our previous vendor, I used this experience and wrote a recommendation for using Sixt in future travels for our employees. If there is a bonus structure, I would certainly recommend Ms. M for the win.
