I had recently rented a car for 2 days from here. Excellent customer service. The receptionist was very polite and guided us throughout the process. The car was in excellent condition. We had no problem with the car throughout the rental period. The cars are well maintained. The only problem is the difficulty of getting there. There is a 10 minute walk from the nearest railway station and there are trains in every one hour.

It's easy to locate. However, it's a bit far from Villach town center. Anyway, it still can be reached by bus with a little walking from Furnitz Bahnhof. It'd be better if it is nearer to town center or near to the central train station (Villach Hbf).
