Unfortunately, cars were not available on short notice, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff, especially the lady at the counter, was very supportive and helpful. She assured me of the best possible assistance and provided great customer service. Despite the availability issue, I appreciate their effort and professionalism.

I had recently rented a car for 2 days from here. Excellent customer service. The receptionist was very polite and guided us throughout the process. The car was in excellent condition. We had no problem with the car throughout the rental period. The cars are well maintained. The only problem is the difficulty of getting there. There is a 10 minute walk from the nearest railway station and there are trains in every one hour.
