Second time around for SIXT after a less than satisfactory experience at Launceston Airport when a delayed flight meant the desk operator left for the evening knowing there were cars booked by in-bound passengers. Pleased to say this time around the process from pick up to drop off was seamless and true value for money. We are consumers who believe in giving providers a second chance and Im glad we did on this occasion 👌✅

Great service in Launceston. Take care with ordering a “mystery car” on third party sites though - the description is not always accurate. Also I would warn against the insurance options offered by third parties - we purchased it to find that it was a reimbursement program - any claims for damage from Sixt would still need to be paid in full first. In the future I will deal directly with the company.
