All went smoothly. No unexpected charges. Car was clean and practical (Suzuki Swift). Managed to fit my daughter, her partner and me plus their massive luggage in for the trip taking them to the airport. Car got incredible fuel economy and had no trouble taking the 4 of us up the steep hills around Mt Nelson.

I had mixed experience with my recent Sixt rental. Booking was smooth , customer service was good and professional , picking and dropping off the rental was easy but the rental vehicle was not. We got a People mover which wasn't clean in & out at all ! there were some marks and small dents which were mentioned on the rental contract which is fair enough but there were some serious mechanical issues which were not mentioned at all. I did contact with them but Sixt didn't get any alternative vehicle available and we had to keep using that. That people has major Issues with brakes and disk rotor & a nearly worned tyre. I assume there are some others issues may exist & driving that vehicle wasn't a pleasant experience although purpose was served.
