The staff at the Darwin airport office were very polite, helpful and applied a discount due to my RACQ membership. The hiring process was very easy and the vehicle I was given only had 3300 kms on the clock, The vehicle was very smooth and comfortable to drive.
Checking the vehicle back in was also very easy.

The booking, pick up, and drop offs were quick and seamless. It really helped having a local number to ring and to be able to speak to local staff. Most of the bigger companies have a national number and the person did not know about local fleet availability as I was booking a truck while SIXT staff were local, knowledgeable and quick.
