Steve at the Tamworth office was very helpful and made it fast handover. My only crit’ would be the pickup and drop off procedures at Tammy airport. The drop off wasn’t actually very clear and had to gain access to car park with a ticket hope they can retrieve it from there. With all this tech we have these days and how Airbnb works surely you can pickup a set of keys at airport via secure code box , just saying!! Otherwise would use SIXT again for sure! Cheers
