Rented a vehicle for 4 days. Was told by the counter there was a 1hour grace period for returns. Arrived well within the grace period but due to multiple drop offs the check in time was logged past the 1hr grace period, despite us having left the premises to the terminal by then. To my horror they sneakily charged a whole extra day in the final sales invoice. Emails to customer service met with radio silence. Edit Customer service reversed the extra days charge after 1 weeks waiting time after I emailed them.
