We've moved a lot in the past 3 years and used a few different truck rental companies to move our large furniture.
By far Sixt has been the best with their service, pick up and drop off procedures, and the way the staff ensure that they cover all necessary information.
They made sure we understood how to operate the tail lift and that we would be safe and comfortable driving a large vehicle. The person at the counter made sure we knew to REALLY fill the tank before return by explaining how to really make sure it was full full (we've had this issue before where we thought we had filled the tank but it wasn't quite, so having her explain this without us prompting was a great sign)
Returning the truck was extremely easy.
