The staff were polite and professional.
The truck was clean and included 3 moving blankets and at least 6 tie down straps. Unfortunately I hit a branch with the overhead so I now await the financial cost of that.

I hired a car through my insurance claim and had a great experience with SIXT. Vanessa who happened to help me at pick up and drop off was extremely helpful from explaining the process to calling a taxi to get back to the repairers.
