We were able to pick up the vehicle on 07/03 that I had booked over an hour earlier than scheduled. Spoke to Karma and he organized the vehicle straight away a BMW iX3. The next day noticed that a front tyre had developed a bulge. Spoke to Karma at the Canberra Airport office and he arranged for a replacement car Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. Extremely happy with the service provided. Good job Karma.
Just waiting on the mandatory deposit to be paid back.
