I had a WONDERFUL customer service experience on May 4th with associate Shonice at the Albuquerque airport rental location. She was very compassionate to me after I had a terrible experience at another rental service. She quickly helped me get my rental and on my way after a very long (and troublesome) travel day. Cannot say enough compliments about Shonice!
Upon my return, I had another GREAT experience with Michael who did my return inspection. He was fast and friendly which is exactly what you want when returning your rental car.
