Manager was very helpful.. customer service booked me for car that wasn’t available and he took care of me great guy… update My car that I received from being flooded a week previously also had mechanical issues and I had to bring it back to .. Like I said, in my previous post, the customer service is impeccable. I could be a spokesperson on how much better they are compared to the competitors. They always take care of me with no problems.

Noel is extremely wonderful!!! But the roadside assistance company associated with them is HORRIBLE!!! I do not rent cars often, and have not rented a car in over three years. I did not know certain things to look for or ask when renting a car. After the driving the car, the tire actually busted. I moved all of my luggage out of the trunk to discover that there is no spare tire. Because it happened after hours, I am still sitting on the side of the road with my mom and two service dogs. The roadside assistance says that they cannot help me but they will reimburse me if everything that I spend and they do not know how soon I would receive my reimbursement. I’ve currently been sitting on the side of the road for two and a half hours. 😞 I am waiting on a tow truck that roadside aid that they would send. We were stranded for 3 1/2 hours because the roadside assistance team, ambrielle was the manager, chose to not process our dispatch for a tow truck in a timely fashion. The tow truck came within 15 minutes of being called.
