Please stop upselling. I come here every year and every year I spend my money with Sixt and go away very, very happy with the car, the service, your location, your process and convenience, your people. Stop training your people to show corporate greed for more of my money or I'll spend it elsewhere - for the last couple of years you've been training people to try and double the revenue at point of pick up. Sofia is a lovely young lady and did a great job yesterday, but her script is killing your brand.
