I was disappointed the hybrid car I booked wasn’t available at the time of our car collection. I was offered a petrol car instead. I was grateful to be offered a free/refill tank of petrol as compensation for accepting the petrol car but I did have to assertively ask for this. Better service would have been to have been offered the free tank of petrol without having to beg for it… then you would have got 5 stars. Both times we were at the Sixt Car rental office at Perth Airport (Thurs 1/5 @ ~5pm & Mon 13/5 @ 10.30am) the staff were courteous & professional which we appreciated. Thank you
